All PDE-5 inhibitors work within the same way but because they are diverse molecules, they furthermore have different qualities. The body swiftly eliminates both Sildenafil and Vardenafil. Also other medications like Viagra act on the enzyme PDE-6, which is discovered in the sight, leading to bluish discolouration of eyesight, which will not take place with Cialis.
Cialis may be taken along with a 100% fat meal and right now there will be no difference in it’s action. The same is not necessarily true for Sildenafil or Vardenafil, which often are affected by food.
