There is a direct link between the level of cholesterol in the body and the level of testosterone.
The average person can synthesize about 1-1.5 grams of cholesterol per day, while the body still has about 35 grams in the cell membrane. The more cholesterol you get from your diet, the less the body has to synthesize this substance in the liver, intestines and adrenal glands.
An important fact is that all steroid hormones are made up of cholesterol, and although your body can produce it on its own, an increased intake of it has a positive effect on testosterone levels in the body. So don’t be afraid to use a healthy source of cholesterol (like eggs, fish, olive oil).

Drink enough water
When fluid intake is low, your body begins to slow down the endocrine system and therefore the production of testosterone.
Avoid soy products
There are a number of conflicting opinions and topics regarding soy consumption, and one of them is the effect of these beans on testosterone production.
Because of the high content of phytoestrogenicisoflavones (genistein, daidzein, glycitein) present in soy, it is often said that soy can have the same effect on the body as the female sex hormone estrogen. In addition to its high isoflavone content, soy is considered a potent strumigenic substance, which means it can interfere with thyroid hormone production. Suppressed thyroid function is considered one of the main causes of low testosterone levels in men.
Bottom line: soy is a total disaster for testosterone production in your body.
Do more exercise
If you go to the gym, focus on heavy workouts.
Practice squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. Good exercise makes your whole body work, and you produce more testosterone. Rather, your goal should be more weight with fewer reps. If you are stronger, you will have more testosterone.
Focus on high intensity exercises
If you want to increase your testosterone levels as well as burn fat, high-intensity exercise (HIIT) is a great choice for you.
Because of the explosive nature of these exercises, their short duration, activation of fast muscle fibers and increased lactic acid production – without the prolonged effort that can increase cortisol stress hormone levels – high-intensity HIIT workouts can dramatically increase your body’s testosterone production along with DHEA and growth hormone.
